Our model being performance driven returns far better results than less aggressive alternatives with fixed retainers.

What are the Options?
We believe you should have the flexibility and choice to decide how involved you would like us to be with your property, more importantly, how involved you would like to be. We have therefore developed a number of different solutions to suit your personal and individual needs & requirements – from a basic listing on our website, up to and including Full Property & Rental Management through our booking engine.

MANAGEMENT OPTIONS

Rental Management
Standard Plan @ 15 – 20% of Rental Income (depending on apartment standard & location) – NO setup fee / NO fixed monthly retainer
This option is suitable for owners wishing to remain involved with the management of their property, but wish to outsource rentals.
Includes: Marketing, Reservations, Payments, Monthly Statement
Excludes: Arrivals/Departures, Inventory, Housekeeping & Maintenance

Property & Rental Management (Currently not available outside Cape Town)
Comprehensive Plan @ 25 – 30% of Rental Income (depending on apartment standard & location) – NO setup fee / NO fixed monthly retainer
Comprehensive Plan @ 20% of Rental Income plus R1000 – R1500 retainer – NO setup fee
Hassle free solution. We do everything! You receive a monthly statement & payment – what a pleasure!
Includes: Marketing, Reservations, Payments, Arrivals/Departures, Inventory, Housekeeping & Maintenance, Monthly Statement

With both of the above plans you are welcome to still combine other marketing channels as well – NO SOLE / EXCLUSIVE MANDATE. We would even contribute 50% of the annual fee for other marketing channels to provide maximum exposure for your property.

We also provide you with a link which you could use through other channels without the FZP Branding. This ensures real-time reservations on all channels you use to market your property which links into one central booking engine – no more updating of various rates & calendars.

Our model, in line with industry norm, is based on real-time availability and reservations with instant confirmation & payment. This means calendars on all platforms would have to be managed by a single office to avoid double bookings. This will have to be discussed and considered if you are appointing other agents, and/or make use of other marketing channels as well.

LISTING OPTION

This option applies if you manage your own rentals and just require additional exposure through our marketing channels. Your property will be listed as “enquiry based” without real-time rates & availability, and will therefore not appear in availability search results.
Enquiry Listing Option @ 15% commission on all confirmed reservations – NO setup fee / NO fixed monthly retainer & NO subscription fee.
