Property & Guest Management (Referrals)
WHO is this for?
Owners wishing combine their own marketing efforts with those of us. The property and guest management is done by CTHA.
Cost: 20%

Our model, in line with industry norm, is based on real-time availability and reservations with instant confirmation & payment. This means calendars on all platforms would have to be syncronized to avoid double bookings. This will have to be discussed and considered if you are appointing other agents, and/or make use of other marketing channels as well.
