By making a reservation with FZP Apartment Rentals you agree to the following terms & conditions:

Payment Terms (Excluding 10 June 2010 to 12 July 2010):

25% Deposit is required to secure all reservations - either by credit card or bank transfer. If by credit card, you can enter your credit card details on a secure server or you can send them to us by fax on +27 (0)21 426 1674 or email to reservations@fzp.co.za.

Balance is due at least 7 days prior to arrival.  

Payment Terms (10 June – 12 July 2010 only):

A 50% non refundable deposit is payable within 48 hours of making the reservation, and the balance within 30 days

Key & Breakage Deposit:

Credit card details are required for the above. If payment is made by transfer or cash deposit, a ZAR 1000 is payable in advance which will be added onto your rental amount and refunded within seven days after check-out (or after banking details has been received), should everything be in order.

Any loss or damage to the property and/or its contents must be paid for, whether accidental or on purpose.

Any lost keys or keys not returned will result in locks & keys being replaced and you held accountable for such charges. This is in the interest of security.

Due attention is therefore advised. Should such damage or loss be more than the Key & Breakage deposit, you will forfeit your deposit and still be liable for the balance of such loss and/or damage.

Please note a R3000 breakage deposit is required for any arrivals between 10 June 2010 & 12 July 2010

Cancellation & No Show (Excluding 10 June 2010 to 12 July 2010):

The following fees on the total rental amount are applicable as follows:

30+ Days prior to Arrival 10%

15 - 30 Days prior to Arrival 25%

7 - 14 Days prior to Arrival 50%

Within 7 Days of Arrival 100%

In the event of a no show, you will forfeit your deposit and be held accountable for the full rental amount equivalent to the first 7 days of rental, or the full rental amount if the rental is less than 7 days.

The above will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment.

Cancellation and No Show (10 June 2010 to 12 July 2010):

- Cancellation prior to 31 December 2009 – 50%

- Cancellation 1 January 2010 to 15 March 2010 – 75%

- Cancellation after 15 March 2010 – 100%

General:

The apartment is serviced once weekly (on stays of 7 nights or longer) which includes the replacement of bedding and towels. Should a full cleaning be required, this must be arranged with our office at an additional charge.

Consumption such as water & electricity is included in the rental.

Telephone charges / internet connection, if any, is for your own account and payable by means of prepaid TELKOM voucher, obtainable from most general convenient stores. This can also be arranged with our office.

If a meet and greet is required on arrival, this can be arranged at an additional charge. 

We reserve the right to substitute the applicable apartment with another similar or higher quality apartment, should the apartment not be "lettable" for any of the following reasons:

* Internal damage

* Death of the apartment's owner and/or spouse leading to withdrawal from the rental pool.

* Any security breach which could risk the safety of our guests.

By accepting this booking you confirm that you adhere to these conditions above, and authorise FZP Apartment Rentals to charge your credit card with any amount as per the terms and conditions above.

Indemnity:

FZP Apartment Rentals, it's employees and/or agents do not accept liability for any loss and/or damage to any personal items and/or person for any reason whatsoever. Sufficient travel & medical insurance is therefore strongly advised.
