Guest Feedback31 March 2010 Hi Shamiena, ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wednesday, March 31, 2010 Hi, We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. And actually there is nothing we would like to improve. The apartment was neat and nicely furnished. The location was absolutely fantastic because it is within walking distance to most places in the city. The only minor thing we did miss was wireless internet but that’s something we could arrange at Cellucity. I would love to receive promotions and specials by e-mail. Thanks! As there was only the two of us we negotiated a deal which was much appreciated. The location was excellent and the securuty gurads at the gate were very friendly and helpful. We caused a bit of havoc by not phoning 1 hour in advance. The reason for this is that if you e mail a client 1 or 2 weeks they may well already be in South Africa as we were and without access to our emails. This is only a tip and not meant as a reflection on your service. Please feel free to e mail us with offers again but we will only be there in Jan or Feb. We enjoyed every second, the apartment was 100%, close to everything. We only struggled with the tv, only able to play one station, but that was not an issue (we weren't there to watch tv anyway), just noticed it the one day when we actually wanted to watch, but we always found something interesting to do! One thing is for sure, we will defnitly visit you guys again,when we're in cape town again. A blessed xmas to you and rest of staff, and may you have a peaceful and happy holiday!! The apartment was superb, it suited my needs perfectly and is very well situated. I was in CT to see some of my family who live in Fresnaye and told them about Rockwell. They were also impressed and will recommend it to friends visiting them. I would positively recommend the Rockwell to anyone. The maid service is good in mid-week and as they were there when I was leaving, I saw how they washed every dish, glass, utensil etc. so that every little thing was perfect for the next arrivals. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 19 August 2009 Dear FZP Management, ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 14 August 2009 We had a wonderfull stay in the appartement. It had every little knick-knack one could think of, and it definitely made our stay in Cape Town that much more amazing, so kudoes on that! The place is lovely; I would definitely stay there again. We so enjoyed our stay, It was very noisy, due to construction taking place, as well as the hustle and bustles of merry makers attending the night clubs operating in Somerset Street, other than that, the accommodation was great, we all achieved best ever times participating in the Argus Cycle race. What a pleasure to be able to cycle only 1.5km's down to the start, and also strolling back to the apartment after the race, only 1.5km. Perfectly situated!!!
